Data Privacy Statement

This form is used to collect information about you for the purpose of assessing your application for a role at The Scout Association, and is done so under the lawful basis of performance of a contract.  Your information will be stored securely on a third party system called Talos 360, and only accessed by relevant staff. Information about successful candidates will be retained for six years after their employment has ended. Information about unsuccessful candidates will be retained for six month after the decision is made, unless they opt in to join the talent pool. Data will be held on the talent pool for two years, and will be used to contact people about future vacancies that may be of interest to them. After the two year period we may invite people to provide a further opt in to remain part of the talent pool. About The Role:

We're looking for a Production Assistant to join our busy production team and help create high-quality printed and embroidered garments and accessories.

If you're organised, hands-on, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

As the Production Assistant, you will Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing printed and embroidered garments and accessories
  • Operating embroidery machines, printing presses and DTF printers
  • Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Supporting artwork preparation, stock control and equipment upkeep
  • Keeping the workspace clean, safe and organised while helping the team meet targets

What we are looking for in our  Production Assistan:

  • Experience in production, print, embroidery or garment decoration
  • Knowledge of printing and embroidery processes
  • Confidence using production equipment and computers
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A reliable, positive team player with good communication skills
