About The Role:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Production & Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our production and warehouse operations.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, while keeping stock, systems and records up to date.
As the Production& Operations Assistant, Key Responsibilities:

Support production planning, order processing and despatch.

Monitor orders, production progress and potential delays.

Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock checks.

Prepare production, quality and operational paperwork and reports.

Support customer updates and help resolve production queries.

Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Buying and Customer Services.

Assist with health & safety and equipment maintenance administration.
